Delivery Policy

All Artcommissiondraw portraits are digital — there is no physical shipment, no shipping fees, and no customs charges. After you order and upload your photo, our artist draws your portrait by hand. Your finished portrait is delivered as a high-resolution digital file to the email address used at checkout, typically within 3–7 business days depending on the number of people or pets.

If you haven't received your portrait within that window, check your spam folder, then email info@https://artcommissionsdraw.shop/ and we'll resend it or update you on progress.
